- Working Software over Comprehensive Documentation: Agile promotes the delivery of working software in short, iterative cycles. While documentation is important, Agile values delivering tangible results over extensive documentation. This approach enables teams to gather feedback early and adapt their plans accordingly.
Hand-On Example: Instead of spending weeks creating a detailed project specification document upfront, an Agile team decides to develop a minimum viable product (MVP) in a two-week sprint. They prioritize building essential features and delivering a functional prototype that stakeholders can interact with and provide feedback on.
- Customer Collaboration over Contract Negotiation: Agile encourages active involvement from customers or stakeholders throughout the development process. By collaborating closely with the end-users, teams can ensure that the product meets their needs and expectations.

Agile methodologies prioritize adaptability, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
